• 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐞: Wash and dry your skin thoroughly.
• 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭: Soak the roller head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5-10 minutes.
• 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥: Gently roll over the skin vertically, horizontally, and diagonally, applying light pressure.
• 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧: Disinfect the roller again and store it in a clean, dry place after each use.
• 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: Use 1-3 times per week, adjusting based on skin tolerance.

• Needle Sizes & Usage:
  • 0.25mm - 0.5mm: Suitable for enhancing skincare product absorption and reducing fine lines.
  • 0.75mm - 1.0mm: Ideal for moderate scarring and collagen production.
  • 1.5mm: Used for deeper acne scars, stretch marks, and hair growth, though best used with caution at home.

We DO NOT have any return or Exchange (with different item) policy. 

BUT we allow our customers to exchange a product with the same item under the below conditions: 

• If you have received a wrong product, 

• If it is a defective product,

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without any flaws. The product must be intact with tags.

• An exchange request must be done within 7 days after the purchase.

Note: You do not need to pay a delivery charge for the 2nd time for an exchange item when you are entitled to get an exchange.

But we always request our customers that before you Used an order please be satisfied with the Product quality (as color varies device to device screen due to different resolutions/configuration of the mobile/pc/tab devices), product size etc. so that you don’t need to return the product and it will be very helpful for us.
